Tree Lighting Ceremony

Head to Gaslight Village’s Regatta Plaza on the eve after Thanksgiving to join the community for a holiday season kick-off! Special appearances include Santa and Mrs. Claus, Mayor Favale and Rachael Ruiz from WOOD TV8’s eightWest.


Schedule of Events:

5 PM
The celebration starts with the arrival of reindeer, carriage rides, s’mores and a crafting table provided by the Friends of the EGR Library.


6:15 PM
  • Mayor Favale and Rachael Ruiz welcome guests
  • Santa arrives
  • The tree is officially lit
