(Ages 15 +)
Join these restructured upbeat classes designed to burn fat, calories and strengthen and tone the body.  The resistance of the water gives you a great workout while the buoyancy of the water is easy on your joints.  You don't need to know how to swim to participate.
Classes meet 7:00-8:00PM Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Aqua Zumba 1/9, 2/1 and 3/6
Water Walking 1/11, 2/6 and 3/8
Aqua Turbo 1/16, 2/8 and 3/13
Noodle Mania 1/18, 2/13 and 3/15
Weights and Waist 1/23, 2/15 and 3/20
Cardio Circuit 1/25, 2/27 and 3/22
Swim, Bike and Run 1/30, 3/1 and 3/27
Sign up for individual classes $10/$15 or purchase a 10 visit pass.

Gentle Aquatic Exercise (Ages 18 +)
Want to move more easily and have fun doing it? This class is for you. Exercises are designed to improve breathing, balance, posture, circulation, coordination, joint mobility and overall flexibility as well as general ease of movement. A variety of exercise methods including Ai Chi, Yoga, Feldenkrais, Aqua Pilates and Arthritis Foundation exercises will be taught.    Open to non-swimmers. This class is open to all ages.
Instructor is certified for Arthritis Foundation, Ai Chi and Peyow Pilates
