HELP SHAPE OUR FUTURE AT COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSES. We’re kicking off parks millage, mobility improvements and other community initiatives with several open houses. The sessions will feature several stations focused on improvements to playgrounds and play areas, athletic fields and sports courts as well as the proposed dog park, bike lanes and Waterfront Park. April 11 – 6-7 pm at City Hall. Topics: Manhattan Park trails, proposed dog park, changes to multi-family residential zoning district, mobility/bike action plan demonstration projects April 14 – 6-7 pm at Manhattan Park. Topic: view preliminary designs, walk the proposed trail April 25 – 6-7 pm at City Hall. Topics: TBD The parks millage approved by EGR voters in November 2021 provides funding for the replacement of five playgrounds in our City as well as improvements to several EGR parks.
